Thanksgiving Feast

Could our Pilgrims and Native American Indians look any happier?   Friendship and feasting is the theme of today!

 The "Parent Paparazzi" always strikes when adorable            performers take the stage at Lakeside.

I am Thankful

K2 practices being "the speaker" and "the listener" as we talk about things we are thankful for and how we decorated the turkey feather with our THANKFUL items.  It was unanimous.  We are thankful for family and friends.  And K2.

Veteran's Day

Flags, pictures, cards and gratitude.  We arrived with them all at the assembly on Veteran's Day.

 A touching, patriotic addition from the band at Middle School North.  Some of the band members went to kindergarten at Lakeside, so it was a mini-reunion of students and teachers.

Our class was dressed in red, white and blue and stocked with age appropriate books.  We played patriotic music all day, too.
